We’ll sleep better if we feel the emotions when they’re fresh.
Emotions get their rest from being felt and resolved.
Without looking at our electronics.
Games and social media are fun, but they can distract us when we need to focus.
When nobody’s judging us or trying to teach us some lesson about life.
We need to feel safe and free to do this important work.
